Do I need to attend the Inspection?

No, you aren't required to be present for the inspection. Our recommendation is to arrive toward the end of the inspection, that way if you have questions the property has already been inspected so we will be able to answer them. The usual procedure is for the real estate agent to open up for us and attend the inspection for you. You are welcome to discuss any concerns over the phone after you have read the report.
